Was uns ausmacht

What makes our company culture unique is the international diversity that we share and cherish in our team. We have over 70 employees from 32 different nationalities and still scaling! Thanks to this diversity, we learn from each other and grow.

After joining CELUS our new "Ceals" feel welcomed in an informal environment where we work in unison towards our common goal. We strive to live up to our core values, which include “contribute actively”, "being curious" and “communicate openly” and our employees are updated on company matters regularly and encouraged to suggest, discuss or challenge ideas at our monthly All-hands meetings. In addition our HR managers create unique team events and activities such as CELUS international food festivals, game nights, language learning or running clubs. The highlight of the year is our annual company off-site where we discover new places, share ideas and recharge, like we did in Prague in 2022 or this year in Slovenia :)

We are excited about innovation, new technology and automation which is all directly connected to our product.
